Can not change Conf. Joints Linear Limit through the script
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. Select GameObject "Cube"
4. Play the scene
5. Hold Spacebar to increase Configurable joints Linear Limit
6. Notice that Objects do not react to changes
7. Now change the Linear Limit in the Inspector and notice that objects are affected by the changes
Expected result: Changes made in the Inspector and through the script should not provide different results.
Actual result: Changing Configurable joints Linear Limit parameter through the script does not affect gameobjects.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b8, 5.3.3p1, 5.2.4f1
