Camera sub dropdown "Open Reference" buttons do not work
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new URP project.
- In Hierarchy, click on Main Camera.
- Under the Camera component, try to click on the Open Reference buttons for Projection, Rendering, Stack, Environment, Output.
Actual results: The loading circle appears on the cursor, but nothing happens.
Expected results: Opens documentation page.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a10, 6000.0.31f1, 6000.0.24f1
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.23f1, 2022.3.55f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 10
