Camera Preview is missing
Steps to reproduce:
# Open a project
# Select a camera in the scene
# A floating camera preview window should be visible on top of the Scene View, but it is not there
Expected result: the camera preview overlay is visible in the Scene View
Actual result: no camera preview is visible
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a19, 2023.1.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a16
