Camera LookAtConstraint keyframes are not imported in the animation when importing fbx file from 3ds Max
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project named “LookAt_2021_3_4”
2. Open “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” scene
3. Open Window → Animation → Animation window
4. In the Hierarchy window select the “TestCamera” object
5. Inspect the Animation window
Expected result: In the Animation window there is a LookAtConstraint component with its keyframes
Actual result: There is no LookAtConstraint component
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.2.0a16
Reproducible on: macOS 12.6, Windows 11
