Camera FOV doesn't affect skybox
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "TestCase"
3. Make sure that Game view is visible
4. In hierarchy, select Camera and change its FOV value
5. Notice that skybox isn't affected by the change

Forgot to mention that this is not just an editor bug, this also affects the build
