Calling Type.GetType in a DLL gets different results between backends
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Set the .NET backend to 4.6
3) Play the scene
4) Notice that the assembly is loaded
5) Stop playing
6) Set the .NET backend to 3.5
7) Play the scene
8) Notice that the assembly is now not loaded
