CallbackContext is not called when a key is released
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "project-1171733.zip" project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Press 'D' key and release it
Expected result: Cube stops moving after releasing 'D' key
Actual result: Cube does not stop moving
Reproducible with: 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11 (0.9.0)
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11 (0.2.10)
Could not test with: 2018.4.5f1 (0.2.1) due to script errors
Additional note: 'W' key works fine, the issue is reproducible only with 'A', 'S', 'D' keys
