[Cache Server, Windows] Editor cannot connect to remote Cache Server that is running on Windows machine
Steps:
1. Run cache server on Windows machine (checked on two different Win81)
2. Open Editor -> Edit -> Preferences
3. Set Cache Server Mode to "Remote"
4. Enter the ip of the windows machine where your cache server is running
5. Press "Check Connection"
==>
Connection failed.
Was able to successfully connect to cache server on windows from OSX 10.11
