[Cache Server] Windows and OSX folders with nodejs executables are missed in Cache Server archive
Steps:
1. Try to run Cache Server on Win or OSX
==>
Cannot be started because nodejs executable is missed
Regression at least from 5.6.1f1
Cannot find exact Unity version from where the issue started because the artifacts for earlier 2017.1.x unity versions were deleted.
Workaround: The cache server can be taken from 5.6 version.
