Cache Server doesn't work in Local mode if the path to the cache folder contains spaces
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Edit - Preferences - GI Cache
3. Set the cache location some folder that contains spaces(e.g C:/Program Files/Word1 Word2)
4. Go to Server Cache
5. Set to Local
6. Restart Unity
7. Go to Edit - Preferences - Cache Server
Expected result: cache server starts as expected
Actual result: cache server does not start, error printed to console
Reproduced on 5.5.3p2, 5.6.1f1, 2017.1.0b4
5.4 does not have a setting for Local server cache
Verified FIXED 2017.3.0a2

I was having a similar issue with the Cache Server, not GI in 2017.1.1f1, but it appears to be fixed in 2017.3.0b4

Little comment, GI Cache seems to work just fine, and it happens even if you go straight to the Cache Server Option and if their is spaces in the path, it doesn't work.

Little remark, if you don't mind:
2. Go to Edit - Preferences - GI Cache
Cache Server Tab here, not GI Cache
