C# managed (reference) implementation of mm256_cvttps_epi32 maps to mm256_cvtps_epi32
How to reproduce:

2. Install Burst
3. Make a call to the "X86.Avx.mm256_cvttps_epi32" function
Expected results: Values get truncated
Actual results: Values do not get truncated and are rounded
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.15f1, 2020.2.0b13, 2021.1.0a7 (Burst 1.3.5 - 1.4.1)
