Buttons in the UI Builder Viewport section get cut off if the window is resized
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project
2. Create > UI Toolkit > UI Document
3. Double-click on newly created UI Document asset to open UI Builder window
4. Resize the window to make it smaller
5. Observe the button names in Viewport section
Actual results: Full button is not visible and button names get cut off
Expected results: Full buttons and their names are visible or are truncated with "..."
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a9
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (Intel)
Note: Issue could also be fixed by having a set minimal Viewport section or entire UI Builder window size

Resolution Note (fix version 6000.3.0a1):
Increased the minimal viewport size
