Buttons can be Clicked on a different Display than they are seen
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Setup Multiple Game Views
3. Press Play
4. Click around in the area where a Button from another Display would be
Expected result: The Buttons cannot be clicked across different Display
Actual result: Clicking on Display 1 triggers the Button on Display 2
Reproducible with: 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a4
Could not test with: 2019.4 (Compiler errors)
