Button UI don't respond to touch on GearVR
2.1. Open the scene file
2.2. Run in the editor, hovering and clicking the button and seeing that it change colors when hovering and clicking on it.
2.3. Add your oculus signature file.
2.3. Run in GearVR, and check the button doesn't respond to the hover or click.
Repro'd in 5.4.0f1 and 5.4.0b23.
Could not repro in 5.3.6f1
