Button padding resets when Aspect ratio is changed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Repro.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/Prototype Scene 2_UIT.unity
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Change Aspect ratio to "16:9 Aspect" in the Game view
Expected results: At the bottom of the Game view "Building" and "Units" Buttons' padding stays the same
Actual results: At the bottom of the Game view "Building" and "Units" Buttons' padding resets to 0
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14, 1.0.0-preview.15 (2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1), 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.29f1 (UI Toolkit unavailable)
Notes: Hovering over a Button with a mouse fixes the issue
