[Burst] Wrong Function gets called when Function overloading is used after editing one of the overloaded Functions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “Burst test”
2. Open “Test” Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Console output
5. Open “Test.cs” and edit 14th line to return 2 instead of 1
6. Repeat 3-4 steps
Expected result: Right function is called and Console output is persistent
Actual result: The wrong function gets called and Console output differs
Reproducible with: 1.8.0-pre.2(2021.3.10f1), 1.7.4, 1.8.0 (2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1f, 2022.1.18f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a12)
Reproducible on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (M1 Max)
