Bundles extension fails to load in the WebGL builds
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN_24745“
2. Press Tools → Build Asset Bundles
3. Press File → Build And Run
Expected result: bundle loaded
Actual result: bundle not loaded
Reproducible with: 2022.1.23f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a23
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.42f1 (due to compiler errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
