Built lighting looks incorrectly when using specific scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached.
2. Open scene LightMockup.
3. Build lighting.
Expected result: Light will be consistent.
Actual result: Some places have darker or brighter spots.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0f3, 2017.1.0b6.
