[BiRP SG] Built-In Shader Graph's Emission input doesn't contribute to GI
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Edit the Shader Emissive Color property to have the reference name _EmissionColor
3. Press Play
4. Check the Shader of the yellow Orb in the Inspector
Expected result: The Yellow orb contributes to GL and the Shader has a Global Illumination property
Actual result: The Yellow orb doesn't contribute to GL and the Shader doesn't have a Global Illumination property
Reproducible with: 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4, 2020.3 (Compiler errors)
