BuildOptions.AcceptExternalModificationsToPlayer doesn't work with new build. Can't find .pbxuser file.
To Reproduce:
1. Create a new project. Create a new scene and name it "scene.unity".
2. Build to iOS with this line of code using an editor script:
BuildPipeline.BuildPlayer (new []{"Assets/scene.unity"}, "iOS", BuildTarget.iPhone, BuildOptions.AcceptExternalModificationsToPlayer);
3. The build will fail. It's also described here:
