Regression
Yes
Building the game with Lighting baking throws m_SystemData.empty() and sometimes causes the player to crash
To reproduce:
1. Open newly attached LightningCrash project
2. Open s.unity scene
3. Make sure that GI is baking
4. Build and Run
Expected result: Finishes building without errors
Actual result: Errors.
Note#1: In originally attached case it also crashes
Note#2: In simpler projects the error is not thrown
Reproduced in: Version 5.4.0b5 (3ef12c3e0f69)

Branch: 5.4/release
Does not reproduce in: 5.3.1f1

This is also preventing us from building the game. Please fix.
