Building any iOS or OS X app will not render anything at all
Bug repro'd on 4.6b16 OSX 10.8.5 Standalone, did not repro on iOS 7.1.2 or Win7. Recommend build be attempted for iOS on 10.9.3 to verify if there is an iOS deployment issue on Mavericks. To repro, simply follow user's steps below.
