”BuildCanBeAppended” for iOS returns “Unsupported” when used on Windows
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “Test iOS.zip” project
2. Press Menu > Build > Build and observe the Console window
Expected result: “Yes” or “No” is printed
Actual result: “Unsupported” is printed
Reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2022.2.3f1, 2023.1.0a26
Reproduced on: windows 11
Not reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
