Build settings values should not be shared between platforms
Profiling is a pro-only feature, so auto-connecting to profiler option causes problems on platform with Unity free licenses.
Reproduction steps:
1. Have a pro license for one platform (for example Blackberry)
2. Enable the Development Build and Autoconnect Profiler options in the build setings
3. Select a platform with a free license (for example Android)
4. Notice that Development Build and Autoconnect Profiler is enabled, but it is impossible to deselect Autoconnect Profiler option
