[Build Settings] - 5.4 : Switching platforms in build settings can cause a crash
Description:
Crash when switching the platform in the build settings.
Repro steps:
1.) Download the HoloLens Technical editor preview
2.) Create a new project
3.) Go to build settings
4.) Switch to the Windows Platform
Expected:
User can switch platforms without crashing
Actual:
Crash when switching build platforms
