[BugReporter] [UI] Search results might have tooltips with full title text
Search results in Bug Reporter should be or viewable on re-sizing or a tooltip with full text should be added.
To repro:
1. Enter some test (e.g. SceneManager.LoadSceneAsync) in Title field.
2. Search results are shown.
3. There is no ability to see full title of search results from BR.
3.a Resize BR horizontally.
Actual result: Full string is still not visible.
3.b Navigate to string with cursor.
Actual result: There is no tooltip with preview of search result string.
