Bug Reporter title shows search results from Asset Store
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. In the "Help" context menu open the Bug Reporter
3. In the Title field enter "Image"
Expected result: suggested search results are not related to Asset Store
Actual result: suggested search results are related to Asset Store
Reproduces on: 2017.4.39f1, 2020.2.0a5
