[Bug Reporter] The bug reporter uses the old Unity icon
The editor icons have received an overhaul as part of the editor refresh, but the bug reporter still uses the old icon.
1. Open Unity
2. Create a new project with any settings
3. Go to Help > Report a Bug
4. When the bug reporter has loaded, inspect the app icon
Expected Result:
The app icon is in line with current design and branding.
Actual Result:
The reporter uses the old app icon.
Tested on Windows 10.0.18362
