Bug Reporter stays affected by High Contrast Theme after it has been turned off
How to reproduce:
1. Open a Unity project
2. Open Windows System settings
3. Go to High contrast and turn on High contrast
4. Open the Bug Reporter (Help -> Report a Bug...)
5. Turn High contrast off
6. Go back to the Bug Reporter
Expected results: All Bug Reporter lines and fields are white
Actual results: Some Bug Reporter lines are black
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a4, 2021.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.5f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a3
