Bug Reporter Preview does not update the attachment size after the attachment has been modified
To reproduce:
1. Open the QA's attached project
2. Open the Bug Reporter
3. Close the project
4. Preview the bug report, notice the size of the attached project
5. Delete the Library folder from the project's folder
6. Check the bug report Preview once again
Expected result: The report Preview displays the actual size of the attached project
Actual result: The size of the attached project is not updated in the bug report Preview
Reproduced with the Bug Reporter of versions: 2071.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.2f1, 2018.1.0b12, 2018.2.0a6
