[Bug Reporter] Error occured while creating an archive when submitting a bug report with enabled VP in MPPM package
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open package "manifest.json"
3. Add "com.unity.multiplayer.playmode": "0.4.0"
4. In the Editor under "Window > Multiplayer Mode" enable one of the Virtual Players (e.g Player 2)
5. Wait for it to become active
6. Open Bug reporter
7. Try submitting the bug with the project
Expected results: a bug is submitted
Actual results: "file read failed" error appears due to MPPM package (See attached Error.png)
Reproducible on: 2023.1.15f1, 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a7
Could not test below 2023.1 due to MPPM package only being available 2023.1 and up
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
