Bug Reporter doesn't show up after infinite loop crash
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open and play scene repro4 in Repro4 folder
3. Crash
Expected outcome: Crash and bug reporter shows up
Actual Outcome: Crash happens, bug reporter doesn't show up
Reproduced on 5.4.5p1, 5.5.3p1, 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0a6, 2017.1.0b2
