[Bug Reporter] "Connection closed" error window is thrown when uploading a large file through the Bug Reporter
Reproduction steps:
1. Download the project from the included link
2. Open a separate new or existing project
3. Go to Help -> Report a Bug...
4. Attach the downloaded project to the bug report
5. Fill out the necessary information and press Send
Expected result: The bug is submitted successfully
Actual result: A "Connection closed" error window is thrown midway through
Reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3
