BoxCollider size is incorrect when the "serializedVersion" is changed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "BoxColliderSizeBug.zip"
2. Open Assets/BoxColliderBug.unity
3. Select "A" and "B" GameObjects in the Hierarchy window
Expected results: "A" and "B" Box Colliders are the same size
Actual results: "A" and "B" Box Colliders are different size
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a15, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
