Bounciness cannot be set to more than 1
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select the physics material from the project view
3. In the inspector, try to change bounciness value to something higher than 1
By design:
Bounciness beyond 1 actually increases the objects kinetic energy making it move faster and faster on each contact. This is undesirable in most cases as it leads to uncontrolled velocities.
