[Bolt] References are lost from the Flow Graph after re-opening the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Smolsies-2.zip" project
2. Create a new Flow Macro in the Project window (Right-click -> Create -> Bolt -> Flow Macro)
3. Create a "Base Story Time Unit" in the Flow Graph
4. Re-open the Editor
5. Open the created Flow Graph and observe
Expected result: "Base Story Time Unit" is still there
Actual result: "Base Story Time Unit" is no longer in the Flow Graph
Reproducible with: 1.14.5 (2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, -2021.1.12f1, 2021.2.0b1-)
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1 (Due to errors when downgrading)
