[Bolt] Fuzzy Finder jitters when right-click context menu tooltip does not fit the Graph Window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Import Bolt package
3. Create a Flow/State Graph
4. Right-click to open the Fuzzy Finder, navigate to Events > Animation
5. Try to hover over the presented animation events
Expected result: Fuzzy Finder does not jitter when right-click context menu tooltip does not fit the Graph Window
Actual result: Fuzzy Finder jitters when right-click context menu tooltip does not fit the Graph Window (See attached Results.mp4)
Reproduces on: Bolt 1.4.15 (2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.27f1)
Does not reproduce on: Visual Scripting 1.7.5 - 1.7.7 (2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a6)
Notes:
-Issue seems to reproduce when the Graph Window is docked at the bottom of the Editor and/or when the Graph Window is relatively small

Resolution Note:
This issue has been closed because we know with certainty that we will not be able to address it in the coming year.
We understand that it is personally important enough for you to have filed a bug report, and we are sorry that we will not be able to address it in a timely fashion, but we have to address bugs in order of impact, and unfortunately this one is minor compare to the other issues listed in our backlog.
