Bolt does not launch
<p>The Setup Wizard does not launch in Unity 2019.2.14f1 Personal <DX11></p>
<p>The Tool menu does not launch too.</p>
<p>So I manually installed Bolt 1.4.9 Net4.<br>Nothing is happening. I restarted Unity, my computer. I even used the Assets> Reimport All command. The Bolt and Ludic menu appears but not all buttons work. The windows too.<br>I then installed Unity 2019.2.13 so the problem remains the same. I then delete everything Unity same Unity Hub, I deleted the folder App Data Unity. Then I reinstalled everything. I still have the same problem.<br>Can I have a solution? thank you.<br><br>- Nividia GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER<br>- Intel Core i7-5820k<br>- 24 GB RAM<br>- Windows 10 Home</p>

Latest issues

Sorry, you're experiencing this issue.
The "missing UnityEngine.UI" issue was reported as a bug in the Unity 2019.2 beta. It was supposed to be fixed on their end, but apparently not: https://support.ludiq.io/communities/5/topics/3197-missing-unityengineui-reference-in-unity-20192-beta
Can you try upgrading to 2019.3 and see if it fixes the issue?
In the mean time, I'll do some more research on my end.
