Bolt Component Icon is missing
When adding a Bolt component in Unity 2019.4 and 2020.1 the Bolt icon is missing.
Steps to reproduce
* Open and install Bolt 2 with Unity 2019 or 2020.1.
* Add an empty game object to the scene
* In the inspector add a new Bolt Component.
Notice issue - Icon in the Component Class slot. It should be a Bolt icon.
Broken: 2019.4, 2020.1
Working: 2018.4
