BlendShapes normals are broken when upgrading the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "oldie.zip" project
2. Observe the model
Expected result: BlendShapes normals are imported correctly
Actual result: BlendShapes normals are broken
Reproducible: 2018.3.0a6, 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a4
Not reproducible: 2017.4.20f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.0a5
