Blank SaveAssets window thrown when saving scene with a Right Click>Save in the Hierarchy window & Verify Saving Assets enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case1339457_saveScene.zip"
2. Enable Edit > Preferences > General > Verify Saving Assets
3. Create a new scene and make any change
4. Right click scene in hierarchy and hit save
Expected result: The editor window is not blank
Actual result: The editor window is blank
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a19, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a16
Not reproducible with - 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.1.0a18, 2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.0a20
