Blackboard scrolls horizontally to the right side when new Properties are added
Steps to reproduce:
- Create or open any Project with the Shader Graph package installed
- Create any Shader Graph and open it
- In the Blackboard add Properties until the Vertical scrollbar appears
- Resize the Blackboard so that the Horizontal scrollbar appears
- Scroll to the top and to the left most side of the Blackboard
- Add any property and observe scroll behavior
- Add a second property and observe scroll bahavior
Actual results: When the Blackboard is resized or Property is added so that the horizontal scrollbar appears and a Property is added the horizontal scrollbar moves a couple pixels, then when a second Property is added the Blackboard scrolls as far as possible to the right side. If there are properties with longer names in the Blackboard, the user cannot see how the newly added Property is being named and has to scroll back to the left and rename the Property manually
Expected results: Blackboard retains scrolling down to the newly created Property but it does not scroll horizontally when a new Property is added
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b8, 6000.1.1f1, 6000.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.0b7
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15
