Blackboard follows mouse after changing mode
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (ShaderGraphTest.zip)
2. Open the Shader Editor for Assets -> Shader -> Test shader
3. In the blackboard, expand one of the Vector1 properties
4. Set Mode to Default
5. Move the mouse and observe how the blackboard moves with mouse
Expected: the blackboard doesn't move with the mouse after setting the Mode
Reproduced in 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0b3, 2018.3.0a1
Could reproduce in earlier versions, errors in the console and no Shader Graph in the project, cannot reproduce in a new project

I am using Unity 2018.1.7f1. facing the same issue.
