Black spots are rendered in Game View windows when multiple Game View windows are open and resizing said windows
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new empty project
2. Add multiple Game View window tabs and make them all visible at the same time
3. Resize one of the windows
Expected result: Nothing of note happens
Actual result: Other Game View windows start to show black spots
Reproducible with: 2021.3.2f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a19, 2023.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.1f1
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.0.1
Note: The black spots and their location seems to be dependent on which Game View window is being resized, different layouts provide different results

Resolution Note:
The core of this issue is about Camera. As there is a single camera and a single target screen for camera, the camera uses the active screen and we see black rectangles on non active views if they are larger than the active screen. We abandoned the fix since it creates significant complications for the multi display support and regression risk which are not justified considering the low UP of the bug.
