Black screen is appears when you launch an app with XR support enabled from Start Menu
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Enable XR support in XR Settings
4. Build
5. Open VS solution
6. Deploy on a Local Machine with the Release configuration
7. Close the deployed app
8. Disconnect the Mixed Reality Headset and launch the deployed app from Start Menu
9. Observe the screen in black
Actual results: The input events are not trigged
Expected results: The input events should be triggered
Reproduced with: 2017.2.1p4, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.1p3, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.2.0a3
Not reproduced with: 2017.2.1p3
