Black Depth Of Field when Focus Mode is set to Manual Ranges
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project from the “3D Sample Scene (HDRP)” template
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity”
3. In the Hierarchy, click “Lightning > Volumes > Volume Global”
4. In the Inspector, click “Add Override”
5. Type “Depth Of Field” and select it
6. Enable “Focus Mode” and select “Manual Ranges”
7. Observe the Game View
Expected result: Depth Of Field is blurred
Actual result: Depth Of Field is in black colour
Reproducible with: 12.1.7 (2021.3.9f1, 2021.3.10f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.12f1, 2022.1.16f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b8), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a2, 2023.1.0a8), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a9, 2023.1.0a10)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.10 (2020.3.39f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.8f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.11f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b7, 2023.1.0a1)

I can't find duplicated issue either. Would love to get some feedback on what's happening with this issue.
