[Bitmap Font]Text vertical alignment is lower by one line when using not dynamic font
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open scene named "scene".
3. Select game object named "Text (1)".
4. In the "Scene" window notice that the text vertical alignment is lower by one line.
Expected result:
The text should be aligned correctly in the middle.
Reproduced with:
5.1.5f1, 5.2.5f1, 5.3.6p2, 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0a5.
