[Batchmode] The Editor executes code that is not relevant to the target Build Platform when a buildTarget is defined in Batchmode
Reproduction steps:
1. Make a Batchmode build for the iOS Build Platform
2. Observe the logs
Actual result: Some code execution specific to the Android Platform is being logged
Expected result: No code relevant to other Build Platforms is logged
Reproducible with: 6000.2.14f1
Reproducible on: macOS 15.7.2 (by reporter)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
