Baked Lightmaps preview is more faded than in the Preview window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go Window -> Rendering -> Lighting -> Baked Lightmaps
3. Check the preview of some of the Lights
Expected result: The preview in the Lighting window is clear and bright as in the Preview window
Actual result: The preview in the Lighting window is more faded than in the Preview window
Reproducible with: 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0a16, 2022.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.5f1
Could not test with: 2019.4.33f1
Note:
The issue is most visible with yellow/blue colors in the previews

Resolution Note (2022.2.X):
The Baked Lightmap previews in the Linear color space were too dim before and were fixed by this change. This behavior is marked as 'By Design'.
