Baked GI loaded by LoadScene call with Additive mode is not cleaned up when unloading the Scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/BootScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Click the Button with the text “Load Sample Scene“
5. Observe that the Scene changes colors
6. Click the Button with the text “Load Additive Scene“
7. Observe that the Scene does not change color anymore
8. Click the Button with the text “Unload Additive Scene“
Expected result: Scene continues to change colors
Actual result: Scene does not change color
